  Biggest joke I've ever seen in my life they got 90 year old ladies cutting keys so I guess anybody who can watch a training video is a locksmith now. I can't for the life of me understand how Home Depot, who can have 20+ employees in a store on a given day, can't put one responsible adult in charge who actually knows how to cut keys to run a key cutting machine. Why offer the service if you have no one qualified to do it? So I spent 45 minutes watching this old lady, who I knew from the moment she started had no clue what she was doing and I feel terrible for her because it's not her fault why should she be thrust from a minimum wage job into becoming a locksmith because home depot owns a key cutter? What a joke. These companies need to start taking these services out of their businesses because they can't support them sure they want all your money, but pay a skilled workers wage ... NEVER!
